It seems I have to design at least 1 horse card a month....LOL. This card is for all the cowgirls, countrygirls and of course just plain ole for the love of horses girl. This card was designed using Prismacolor pencils, OMS, blending stumps, Cuttle Bug die, SU Markers, SU papers, ribbon and brads. I just love the pink and chocolate colors together....don't you?
Ok, I saw these little girls and I knew I had to buy them...they are so cute. Although, a friend of mine joked about the little fishing girl, looking like an alien...LOL. Still the same I thought they all were adorable so I had to play with them. LOL. Just a tid bit about the company Sugar Nellie, they are a stamp company from Scotland. They have a array of designs to choose from. They come with just the rubber so you would have to mount them yourselves, but they leave a very detailed image. I am very pleased with Sugar Nellie. Here are the cards I designed using the Sugar Nellie line.
I went to the Scrapbook Expo & Stamp convention in Kissimmee, Fla this past weekend, it was so much fun. I have been in search of those Kaleidacolor spectrum rainbow ink pads for sometime now and I ended up finding them there. I bought several of them in array of colors. The "Birthstone" pad remember me of tropical ocean waters, since summer is just around the corner, I decided to take out my Stampin Up "Ocean Commotion" and "Fish Frolics" sets and went to work...lol. I brayered and used a Cuttle Bug die for the background, and used Crystal Effects in the bubbles to give it a 3D effect. Thanks for looking!
